Follow this quick guide to ensure all Zoom meetings are recorded, even if the host is not present.

Note: This process must be completed by a Zoom admin to grant the necessary permissions.

  1. Access the Zoom Meeting Bot Settings:

Navigate to web.oliv.ai/apps/zoom-meeting-bot to begin the process.

  2. Grant Admin Permissions:

Check the Permissions box on the page. This step is crucial as it grants admin-level permissions that allow Zoom meetings to be recorded automatically, without needing the host to be present.

  3. Enable Shared Access and Save:

After selecting the permission checkbox, click Allow to enable the Shared Access Permission. This ensures that recordings will proceed, regardless of host presence.

  4. Notify the Oliv Team:

Once you’ve completed these steps, simply inform the Oliv team. They will handle the remaining setup on the backend, ensuring everything is configured correctly for seamless recording.
