Steps to deactivate your account

  1. Navigate to Profile page

Log in to your Oliv account and access the Profile option on the Settings tab.

  2. Select 'Delete Account'

In your Profile settings, you'll find the option to Delete account. Click on this option to see the 2 options: Deactivate and Delete.

  3. Choose Deactivate your account

Opting for deactivation temporarily pauses Oliv Copilot's from summarizing your calls. This means you won't receive meeting summaries from Copilot. However, you can reactivate your account anytime by logging back into Oliv in https://web.oliv.ai/.

  4. Deactivation confirmation

Now you have successfully deactivated your Oliv account.
