Step by step instructions to setup, use and uninstall Oliv's Zoom Meeting Recorder for Admins

Step 1: Install Zoom App

Click below to install the Zoom app while signed in from a Zoom Admin account.

Step 2: Enforce recording for Sales Reps in your team

  1. Create a list of email addresses for Sales reps in your team.

  2. Reach out to us via chat at the bottom right of the page with this list

  3. Oliv will check every day and make sure meeting recording is enabled by default for both (a) personal meeting links and (b) any newly created Zoom links by these users.


  1. Your sales reps will continue to use Zoom as they do today! Oliv will automatically import the recordings for them every few hours.

  2. If any new users join your team, communicate their email address to us and we'll add them to this list to enforce recording by default.


  1. Login to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom app marketplace.

  2. Click Manage > Installed Apps or search for the "Oliv Meeting Recorder - Admin Edition" app.

  3. Click the "Oliv Meeting Recorder - Admin Edition" app.

  4. Click Uninstall

Reach out to us via chat to trigger a deletion of all stored recordings for your account.
